Cut them into evenly-sized pieces—not too thin to preserve texture, nor too large for even distribution in the bowl. Leave berries whole while cutting firmer fruits into small cubes of approximately 1 cm.
  2. 2DISTRIBUTE THE YOGURT: Generously pour plain yogurt into 2 individual bowls or glasses. Smooth the surface lightly with the back of a spoon to create an even base. The yogurt should fill approximately half of each container, allowing proper layering of the remaining ingredients.
  3. 3ADD THE MUESLI: Gently pour the crispy muesli over the yogurt, adjusting the amount to your preference. To keep the muesli crunchy while allowing it to blend, add it just before serving. As a general rule, use about 75 g per bowl for optimal balance between creamy and crunchy textures.
