Ingredients

  • 200 gwhite grapes
  • 250 gstrawberries
  • 2 piècesoranges
  • 1 piècefresh lemon
  • 2 cuillères à soupeliquid honey
  • 8 feuillesfresh mint
  • 1 cuillère à soupepowdered sugar

Instructions

  1. 1PREPARE THE CITRUS FRUITS: Wash the oranges and lemon thoroughly under cold running water. Extract the lemon juice using a citrus juicer, then squeeze the oranges. Pour the juices into a large salad bowl. This essential step prevents oxidation of the fruits and brings freshness and acidity to your preparation.
  2. 2PREPARE THE FIRM-FLESHED FRUITS: Peel the apples and pears with a vegetable peeler, then remove the cores with an apple corer. Cut them into regular cubes approximately 1 cm on each side and place them immediately in the salad bowl with the lemon juice. This crucial step prevents the fruits from browning. Rinse the white grapes and add them as well.
  3. 3PREPARE THE RED FRUITS: Remove the stems from the strawberries by gently cutting out the white core with a small knife. Rinse them quickly under fresh water and cut them into quarters. Incorporate them into the salad bowl very gently so as not to crush them. The strawberries must retain their delicate and juicy texture.
  4. 4FINISHING AND FLAVORING: Pour the liquid honey over all the fruits and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Gently tear a few fresh mint leaves between your hands to release their aromas, then incorporate them delicately into the salad.
