  1. 1TOAST THE BREAD: Toast the six slices of sandwich bread in a toaster or pan until they become golden and crispy. This step is essential so the bread doesn't absorb moisture and maintains its structure. Let cool for a few seconds.
  2. 2COOK THE BACON: Meanwhile, cook the bacon in a pan over medium-high heat for 3 to 4 minutes until it is well browned and crispy. Drain on paper towels to remove excess grease, which will preserve the crunchy texture.
  3. 3PREPARE THE COMPONENTS: Slice the roasted chicken thinly into regular strips. Cut the tomato into thin slices about 5 millimeters thick, lightly salt and pepper each slice. Spread mayonnaise evenly on all three slices of toasted bread.
